We are looking to recruit for the following vacancy:

Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

Fixed term contract to 31st March 2024. Subject to funding this role may be reviewed and extended at anytime.

Location: William Merritt Centre, Rodley, Leeds LS13

Reports to: General Manager or Member of Senior Management Team

Salary: £21,333 + pension contribution

Hours: Full time- Monday to Friday 37.5 hours / week


Here at William Merritt Centre we are a busy charity offering a range of occupational therapy equipment assessments for people of all ages. We also provide advice, tours, room bookings and training courses to professionals. We are looking for an exceptional candidate to be the front line of our incredible service and deliver with a sensitive and understanding manner.

There is a lot of phone and computer based work so candidates must be confident with inputting data on a database whilst asking the correct questions to ensure the assessing team have the information they need for assessments. This is a rewarding role supporting people in the community and for the right candidate, can give excellent job satisfaction.
